Service Agreements:
The following is included with all our complete air & heat system & equipment changeout installation packages. We recommend that you use one service agreement every other year, like 2,4,6 years. We do these in March/April only. It includes checking both cooling/heating. It is an effort by us to attempt to keep your new system running at its peak performance. And, if possible, to prevent any failures. Checking critical system components measurements, inspecting accessible components for wear or potential issues, measuring freon levels for optimum performance, adding if needed checking overall system air flow and operation, and tightening, adjusting, lubricating and calibrating components as necessary, blow out drain, test all safeties, seal light air leaks at plenum, check wire connections on furnace & blower motor, check superheat & sub cooling, look for burned/discolored wires in condenser, check filter and/or replace if client provides one, inspect blower wheel for dirt/mold, inspect condenser coil, cycle on A/C to confirm it's working properly.
